Refund policy

We have a No Return No Exchange and No Refund policy, which means goods once sold will not be taken back.  

In case of damage/defect or wrong product, a video proof of the same is required. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory.

Refunds 
Ananta Jewels will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
